The Edge Index is a weekly AI opportunity intelligence newsletter. Each week, we research, analyze, and score one AI agent business opportunity using a proprietary 8-dimension scoring framework. Our service includes:
- Free tier - a weekly email containing the market overview, timing analysis, and competitive landscape for one AI opportunity
- Paid tiers - additional deep-dive analysis including the full playbook, unit economics, scoring breakdown, and supplementary materials
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free subscriptions: You may subscribe to the free tier by providing your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Paid subscriptions: Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate for at least 90 days after any price increase.
4. Intellectual Property
Our content: All reports, analyses, scoring frameworks, templates, and other materials published by The Edge Index are protected by copyright. We own all intellectual property rights in our content, including the Opportunity Score framework, sourcing methodology, and report structure.
What you CAN do: Read, reference, and share brief excerpts (under 200 words) with attribution to The Edge Index. Forward the free tier email to colleagues. Use our insights to inform your own business decisions.
What you CANNOT do: Republish, redistribute, or resell our paid reports or substantial portions thereof. Share your paid account credentials with others. Scrape, copy, or systematically download our content. Use our content to create a competing product or service. Remove copyright notices or attribution.
Your content: If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our services. We will never publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share paid content with non-subscribers or post it publicly
- Use automated tools to access, scrape, or download our content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology for commercial redistribution
- Use our platform to send spam, phishing, or malicious communications
- Impersonate The Edge Index or misrepresent your affiliation with us
- Use our content in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
